A honeymoon on the other side of the world
- The agency shows the room, the beach and the restaurant exactly as they are
- It shares its own link and you know which bookings it brought
Your whole hotel in one branded, retouched 360° experience: rooms, restaurants, spa and event spaces, with a booking button wherever you need it and an AI concierge in the guest's language.
Koppi for hotels is a digital experience of the entire hotel, in 360° and with the hotel's brand, that accompanies the guest before booking, while booking, in the confirmation email, at check-in and during their stay. It includes an AI concierge (Eco) that updates from the hotel's files and systems, a QR code for every space, a booking button connected to the booking engine, and a record of every visit by salesperson, agency, OTA or QR. It connects with the website, the booking system, the restaurant, spa and maintenance systems, and with Google Docs or Sheets.
Many hotels invest thousands of dollars in a professional photo shoot and then publish a scanned tour that doesn't live up to their photos. With Koppi, the tour, the photos and the video come from the same scenes, at the same quality.
| Scanned tour (Matterport-style) | Koppi | |
|---|---|---|
| How your hotel looks | As it was on scan day: fogged glass, a cloudy sunset or worn wood all show up in the tour. | Always at its best: every scene is retouched, with the right light and weather and the finishes as they should look. |
| Scope | One tour per space. Each area is a separate tour. | The whole hotel connected in one experience: rooms, restaurants, spa, pool and event spaces. |
| Brand and navigation | A standard interface, the same for every hotel. | Buttons, menus, colors and route designed with your brand and the way you want guests to navigate. |
| Direct links | One link to the full tour. | A direct link to every room, event space or view, for ads, emails and WhatsApp. |
| Booking | Outside the tour. | A booking button wherever you need it, connected to your booking engine. |
| Guest questions | No answers. | Eco answers in the guest's language with the hotel's approved information. |
The same tour of your hotel appears on your website, in your booking engine, in the confirmation email, at the front desk and on the guest's phone during their stay.
Sample screens with a fictional hotel.
A QR code at the front desk leads to the room selection. The one in the room, to the room guide. The one at the restaurant, to its menu, wines and dress code. And every scan is recorded.

Eco draws on the hotel's own sources: a Google Doc or Sheet, the activities calendar and each department's systems. If the yoga time changes, Eco knows right away. "When is yoga?" or "give me today's schedule" are answered from a single file.

| Yoga in the garden | 07:0008:00 |

The team moves yoga to 8:00…
When is yoga today?
Today at 7:00 in the garden. Shall I save you a spot?Today it moved to 8:00, in the garden. Shall I save you a spot?
Is the hotel pet friendly?
Yes. Garden rooms welcome pets up to 15 kg, and there's an area to walk them next to the lobby.
Sample conversation with a fictional hotel.
Koppi runs on top of what your hotel already uses, and each department keeps its own system and calendar. A guest who books a massage from the tour reserves in the spa's schedule, which can be different from the restaurant's.
Every link and every QR code is tracked: you know which salesperson or agency brought each visit, which OTA or campaign it came from and which QR codes get scanned inside your hotel. And everything your guests ask before and during their stay tells you what to put on your site and what to offer.

What guests ask Eco most
Fictional data used only to illustrate the interface. It does not represent a client's results.
Every salesperson and every agency has their own link or QR code, so you always know who brought each visit.
The hotel and its surroundings in 360°, with rooms, restaurants and event spaces.
Grupo Brisas' resort and spa in Cancún uses Koppi so guests can tour the hotel, its rooms and its spaces before booking.
Sell your project's residences, villas or lots before opening, with the hotel's amenities and services inside the tour. That's how projects with a hotel, a vineyard and lots in Guanajuato do it.
Quoted by scope: number of rooms or keys, amenities, languages and integrations with your booking engine.
How it's quotedA scanned tour captures each space exactly as it was on the day it was scanned, and each one is published separately. With Koppi the whole hotel lives in one branded experience: every scene is retouched so it always looks its best, every room or event space has its own direct link and the booking button can go wherever you need it.
Yes. The booking button can go wherever you need it: on each room category, in a package, at the restaurant or inside the conversation with Eco. It opens your booking engine or the channel you choose, so the booking happens where you already receive it today.
Each QR code opens the part of the tour that matches where it is: at the front desk, room selection and upgrades; in the room, the room guide (coffee, jacuzzi, safe); at the restaurant, hours, menu, wines and dress code. Every scan is recorded.
Eco draws on the hotel's own sources, like a Google Doc or Sheet with activities and hours, and on each department's systems. If you change a time in that file, Eco answers with the update right away.
With your website, your booking system and engine, the restaurant's reservation system, the spa's schedule, your maintenance system and Google Docs or Sheets. Each department keeps its own system and its own calendar.
Yes. Every salesperson, agency, campaign or OTA can have its own link, and every QR code in the hotel is different, so each visit is recorded with its source.
No. Koppi can be the main site, a section of your current site or a subdomain. We decide based on how you sell today.
Eco answers in several languages with the hotel's approved information: hours, services, policies, pets, transfers and recommendations. If something isn't in its information, it says so and hands the guest off to your team.
Yes. Ballrooms, terraces and gardens can be toured with their capacities and setups, so a planner or a company's events team can evaluate them without traveling.
That too. Koppi sells the residences, villas or lots of a hotel project before it opens, with the hotel's amenities and services inside the tour.
