2 · The monthly license
A fixed license, with no per-unit fee.

How it's calculated
Estimated monthly payment for months 1 to 18 with a deferred setup = base license ($15,000) + setup ÷ 18. Paid upfront, the setup is paid at the start and the monthly fee is just the license.
Setup = $70,000 (up to 4 floor plan types or amenities) or $120,000 (up to 12), plus $20,000 for each additional floor plan type or amenity.
Total for the period = setup + license × months of sales. Equivalent per unit = total ÷ number of units. Percentage = equivalent per unit ÷ average price.
It uses the base residential rates current as of September 2026, before VAT, without campaign content and without the INPC adjustment. For industrial, hotels and commercial it's a reference: the proposal is adjusted to scope.

Pricing questions
Are the setup and the monthly fee the same charge?
No. The setup pays for the visual production and configuration. The monthly fee pays for the platform, hosting, maintenance and changes to your project. The setup can be spread over 18 months interest-free.
What happens once I've paid off the setup?
You keep paying only your monthly license, from $15,000 MXN. Once the project sells out, your site can stay up as a portfolio from $3,500 MXN a month. Any adjustment to the monthly fee is reviewed with you based on your project.
Do prices change?
They're adjusted once a year with the INPC (Mexico's consumer price index). Your project's terms are set in your proposal and your contract.
What is a floor plan type or amenity?
A distinct space we produce: a two-bedroom apartment, a penthouse, the pool, the gym. Each floor plan type repeats across every unit that shares it. Each additional one costs $20,000 MXN.
Is campaign content included?
No. Images and video for your ads are quoted separately, and what you buy is yours to use in any medium.
